Pure cinnamon sticks

Indian cinnamon sticks are thicker and darker than the more commonly used Ceylon cinnamon, which comes from the bark of the Cinnamomum verum tree. They have a stronger, more pungent flavor and aroma, with a slightly bitter and more intense sweetness than Ceylon cinnamon.
